菲利浦

* Philippe Starck 菲利浦史塔克 1949 年出生于巴黎，于 Ecole Centrale des Arts Decoratifs 毕业，在 1968 年成立了自己的设计公司，专做塑料制充气成形的作品﹙inflatable objects﹚，1972 年 22 岁时即任 Pierre Cardin 的艺术指导。往后几年设计了许多夜总会及餐厅。在 1977~1978 年游历世界回欧洲后其作品便领导时尚而迅速成名。充满幽默创意的设计风格，以简单趣味的方式丰富使用者的生活经验，将设计理念深植到生活当中的他，从早期的建筑、室内设计、产品设计、甚至跨足流行领域，都充分展现他与众不同的才华。Starck 从未局限自己的设计领域，甚至勇于挑战「少即多」的设计金科，斯塔克的设计作品通常是有机型、情感丰富而且使用相当独特的材质混合。其作品的广度亦无人出其右，小至牙刷、板凳，大至整个建物造景，都有他的作品，是个既多产又创新的设计巨星。 Philippe Patrick Starck (born January 18, 1949, Paris) is a French product designer and probably the best known designer in the New Design style. His designs range from spectacular interior designs to mass produced consumer goods such as toothbrushes, chairs, and even houses.He was educated in Paris at École Nissim de Camondo and in 1968, he founded his first design firm, which specialized in inflatable objects. In 1969, he became art director of his firm along with Pierre Cardin.

皮埃尔·波林

* Pierre Paulin 皮埃尔·波林法国泰斗级现代设计大师Pierre Paulin,也是2008巴黎家具展的设计师，设计生涯达 60 年的Pierre Paulin ，先后为法国总统庞毕度与密特朗在爱丽榭宫布置家具与摆饰。1953年，年仅26岁的Pierre Paulin就取得了成功，在斯堪的纳维亚和美国颇具影响。20世纪60年代的法国，工业设计的艺术逐渐进入到主流的行列。而Pierre Paulin与Marc Berthier、Roger Tallon作为当时最出色的工业设计师，为这一时期创造了许多经典的工业设计作品。他是法国设计领域的重要人物，其作品内涵丰富、千变万化且具有独特性。1969年，他设计的蘑菇椅（1959年）和丝带椅赢得芝加哥设计奖。除了作为一名设计师之外，他还负责很多室内设计项目：艺术家们居住在香格里拉旅游局广播电台（1961年），在爱丽舍宫的私人公寓，空客飞机（1986年）等。 Pierre Paulin, one of the seminal French designers of the mid-20th century, passed away today. Recipient of a plethora of prestigious commissions from the renovation of the private apartments of President Georges Pompidou at the Elysée, to the crafting of a stunning Swarovski chandelier for their Crystal Room at via Savona 56, Zona Tortona his work received a surge of interest towards the end of his life, resulting in numerous reissues and new designs.

亚米·海因

* Jaime Hayon 亚米·海因 1974年4日出生于西班牙马德里，曾任Fabrica设计总监一职，作品出了平面设计和产品外，亦有涉猎艺术装置和玩具创作。因其作品别树一帜，曾先后获多个艺术团体邀请出席设计讲座，如 AIGA national design conference in NYC及 IDN my favorite conference 等，早前更获日本东京设计周邀请参与 NIKE 设计及概念工作坊 AD21，而今年更获得西班牙文化局颁发 INJUVE 艺术大奖。 Jaime Hayon认为自己设计的东西存在于不同的媒介中，虽然他的作品的确比较重艺术气息，但对他来说玩具的设计里。他认为玩具这个潮流正在不断的转变，对他来说，玩具应该是着重线条和外观，而且玩具应该不止一种角色。可能对一般人来说，这是比较难以理解的事，因为艺术跟设计其实只有一个朦胧的界定。如果有人认为这是艺术，那就是艺术，反之这就只是设计，不过，这些都只是Jaime Hayon的个人想法。 Jaime Hayon) 为Toy2R设计的Onion，可以在欧洲某些博物馆内买到，他认为Toy2R所设计的玩具，其实已经在当地渐渐开辟出另一种新的路向，这是玩具的一种演变，因为它不在只局限于玩具店，而可以在博物馆、美术馆或画廊等地方发售。 Spanish designer and artist Jaime Hayon will be one of the most influential designers in the years to come, and this is the first monograph to present the full spectrum of his work. 阿罗拉

* Antoni Arola (es) 阿罗拉加·泰罗尼亚设计师阿罗拉（Antoni Arola），日前获得西班牙科学和技术部以及巴塞罗那设计中心颁发西班牙国家设计奖。组委会经过慎重的评选后，认为阿罗拉在室内设计方面有着显著的成就，其一系列创新和富有感情的作品，表现了他发展成熟的设计风格。阿罗拉1984年开始活跃于产品设计、室内设计等领域，他设计的「Alades chair」和「Nimba lamp」亦曾让他夺得了多个奖项，成绩超群。 Interior and Industrial Designer born in Tarragona in 1960. Graduated at the Eina School of Design, Barcelona. Initiated professional career in l984 at the Liévore & Pensi Studio in Barcelona. Enrolled in the Associate Designers company in 1990 and opened a studio of his own in Barcelona in 1994. Considered a versatile designer owing to his exceptional artistic facets and tendency to find inspiration in primitive cultures.

阿尔贝托梅贾

* 1945 生于意大利米兰，Alberto Meda 在许多方面都是一个特例，他并不是念建筑或设计，而是机械工程师。他的机械背景和实验精神，让他从零件的选择开始，到每个部分的调整度，都经过精细计算与设计。 Alberto Meda 擅长制作实用且具创意的产品，认为必须“以解决生活细节问题为其设计核心”。1973 年于著名意大利家俱品牌 Kartell，担任内部产品研发之技术主管，并负责内部塑料材质研究中心，于1979年成为自由设计师，与极多不同产业合作，如Alfa Romeo Auto, Alias, Alessi, DANESE，作品在家俱与灯具设计领域占有一席重要之地，有些还成为 MOMA 的永久收藏。

安格洛

* Angelo Natuzzi 1978 年生于意大利，1997 年于 Matera 艺术学校取得相关学位，并于 2005 年毕业于 I.S.I.A. 大学，取得工业设计硕士学位，同年，和 IIpo 合作，展开其设计生涯，并认识了 Angelo Dall'Aglio ，这位其后和他合作许多作品的共同设计师，职业生涯曾和许多公司合作设计项目、家俱设计、担任设计顾问等等，2007 年 Beauty Star、Kristalia 分别推出了他所设计的 Data、Spock、Kirk、Uhura 等作品。

阿德里安

* Adrien Gardère 法国设计师 Adrien Gardère 2000 年开始创立自己的事业，他创作的内容主要包括：家俱设计、舞台设计与室内建筑。Adrien Gardère 的事业版图扩及米兰、伦敦、巴黎、开罗…… 等世界主要都市，甚至远赴印度及印尼。从米兰、伦敦、开罗到印度都有他的足迹。 Adrien Gardère 创造了一个知识与行动之间的对话，为传统与现代找到了全新的演绎方式。其设计的作品兼顾了传统实用性以及当代趣味感，在尝试摆脱典型设计旧有框架的同时，也不忘加入产品该具备的舒适度及其特有的生活风格。

盖达·雷

* Ron Gilad 盖达·雷盖达·雷1972 年出生在 Tel Aviv，毕业于 Bezalel Academy of Art and Design，主修工业设计。盖达·雷2001 年在纽约成立设计公司 “Designfenzider” 开始设计与生产的工作，并将他的作品向全世界推广。他的设计具备了功能性，且注入了幽默和高雅元素。盖达·雷喜欢将物体拆解后再重新组装，赋予它新的生命力。盖达·雷设计的 Dear ingo 吊灯结合了有趣的金属以及玩味美学创造了这样的商品，十六支灯臂悬吊在空中，看起来就像只蜘蛛般的盘旋在天花板下他的作品已在诸多博物馆展出，包括 Metropolitan Museum of Art及the Museum of Arts and Design in New York。 was born in Tel Aviv in 1972. Ron Gilad graduated with a degree in industrial design from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Israel. From 1999-2001 he taught 3D Design at the Shenkar Academy of Engineering & Design, during which time he developed one of a kind objects which he later exhibited at shows. In 2001 he moved to New York and co-founded Designfenzider from where he designs, produces and distributes his works around the world. In 2006 he began to teach at the Pratt Institute in NYC. His designs are functional and minimalist into which he puts his humor, elegance and sophisticated wit. He likes to deconstruct the function of an object down to its basics. He frequently starts with a found object which he reinterprets into something else. He has an innate ability to combine many materials into a harmonious style. Many of his pieces such as his vases are one of a kind.

四设计

* Front Design Front Design 是由四个女性设计师 KATJA、SOFIA、ANNA、CHARLOTTE 在斯德哥尔摩所组成的团队。实验性的设计方式，让她们在国际舞台渐渐崭露头角。将 2D 平面设计草图，加以 3D 立体的具象化。看似简单的设计手法却也表现了及富有自我风格的产品。他们设计的主题结合动物、物理、周围、和材料四个元素。部分产品是捕捉环境中片刻的小动作，像由动物标号和足迹集结而成的 Animals 系列设计。部分产品则是捕捉反应和改变，像刚进入屋子站起来平直的倒影。他们重新解释和并且给新生活经典之作，例如︰电话录音机、Panton 椅子, 和各式各样的具备传统功能的家俱。

汉斯

* Hans J Wegner 汉斯杰威格纳 (dk) 1941 年生于丹麦，1937 年进入哥本哈根手工艺学校学习家具设计；毕业后进入艾力克 . 莫勒和弗朗明克 . 拉森的事务所工作，1946 年成立个人工作室，1949 年发表著名的经典设计作品 Y- Chair & The-Chair，其后曾于美国 Interior 杂志发表作品，屡获国际设计奖项。

基诺

* Gino Sarfatti Gino Sarfatti 1912 年出生于威尼斯并于 Genoa 大学修读工程相关学系。1939 年开始，Gino Sarfatti 服务于一个照明部门，并且设立 Arteluce，很快的成为全国与国际现代建筑与照明运动的指针。Gino Sarfatti 于 1984 年去逝于 Gravedona
